Please note that due to the perishable nature of live plants, specific documentation is required to process claims for damaged or unhealthy specimens.
Document Upon Arrival
Immediately inspect your plants and take clear photos of any damage, including the packaging, within 24 hours of delivery.

Email our nursery team at support@orangelakenursery.com with your order number and the photos of your plants to initiate a claim.
Assessment Period
Our horticultural experts will review your case within 2 business days to determine if the plant requires a replacement or specialized care instructions.
Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will ship a replacement plant at no cost to you or issue a store credit if the specific variety is currently out of stock.
